We’re a 100% volunteer staffed community group.
We need your support to continue doing the great work the park so desperately needs.
Rest assured that 100% of your money goes to direct activities and projects like creating the skate park, planting and gardening or essential costs like keeping this website alive.
And, unlike most park groups, we have a leading parks professional at the helm! Our Chair, Michael Rowan, has been in charge of £26 million park renovation budgets. Rest assured, your donations are in good hands!
Membership fees:
£1 a month per household
£20 a year for Corporate Membership.
Your membership will help us keep the Friends of Lowndes Park alive.

We are a very small voluntarily-run community organisation so small donations make a huge difference!
Donations helps us to continue our work for the park for now and for future. You can make either a recurring donation (which can be cancelled at any time) or a one-off donation.
If you’d rather not donate online, cheques can be sent to our Membership Secretary Kate Hutchinson.

Legacies
For many residents of Chesham, Lowndes Park is the jewel in the crown. If you have enjoyed the Park in your lifetime, why not consider a bequest to the Friends of Lowndes Park in your will? This does not need to be a large sum and we will guarantee that it will be used solely for the enhancement of Lowndes Park and for the benefit of the people who use the park.

Other ways to get involved
Working parties
If you would like to help in a practical way you could join our working party sessions. They usually take place every Monday and on the second Sunday of the month See Events for timings and where to meet. Litter picking, gardening, planting and having fun!
Join the team
We are always on the lookout for people who can help. Perhaps you have a talent that we could make use of? Are you an IT wizard, a keen photographer or are you a dab hand at social media? Or maybe you could help with fundraising or organising events. If you have a love for the park and a talent for writing funding submissions, we’d love to hear from you.
Corporate support
Perhaps you work for a company that has a social conscience and likes to support local good causes with money or other resources. The Friends of Lowndes Park would be very interested in such support.
